MBA (Master of Business Administration) Degree programme is a Master level degree of Business Administration and Management. MBA is designed for organisation management, superiors and key persons who want to develop themselves as strategic developers and successfully manage/coach hands-on business and personnel in line with the projected profitability targets.
In order to graduate with MBA requires that the applicant has an undergraduate university level degree or respective competence and skills with several years of work history in assignments related to business administration and management.

Schedule for studies
MBA Degree Programme starts annually in September. It is possible to give MBA studies a flexible start by choosing modules four times a year as MBA Diploma studies which will be credited to MBA Degree studies. The studies takes about 2 years depending on individual plans and targets for studying.
Location for studies
The contact instruction is carried out in the UK Cambridge and London campuses. Further the studies include online guidance, coaching and personal coaching. Team based and personal guiding sessions related to independent working and learning will be organised in Finland as well.
Cambridge is best known for its science, technology and education, especially in emerging technology. It is also mostly business to business cluster, similar what Finland is about.

MBA Degree Programme training programme extension, structure and contents
The overall extension of the MBA Degree Programme is 90 ECTS. MBA Degree is made up of four 15 ECTS periods entities each. On top of this the MBA includes a practical session with a development project and working, total of 30 ECTS. MBA working language is English. Guidence and coaching which supports independent studying are provided also in Finnish.

- Digitalisation, AI and Data in Innovation Management Module, 10 ECTS
- Intrapreneurship and Entrepreneurial Thinking Module, 5 ECTS

- Organisational Behaviour and Internationalisation Module, 5 ECTS
- Design thinking and Service Innovation Module, 5 ECTS
- Project Management and Operations Module, 5 ECTS
